Process

1. Review the available questions from the Question Banks for the survey of your choice.

2. Develop the survey from the Constructor associated with each survey and submit your answers.

3. We will develop your survey based on your choices and selections and when ready, we will send the URL for the developed survey to you using the email address specified in the Constructor.

4. We will also send you a payment request via email to the same email address.

5. At this point, the survey would already be live and you may email the URL out to participants to start completing the survey.

6. The survey will be kept live for 14 days, following which, the survey will be de-activated and your report will be sent to you.
