Our Employee and Customer surveys are priced at $ 99 each, with no additional costs associated. This includes all customization and development costs, hosting and monitoring of the survey and the development of reports after the data has been collected.

Charges are incurred only after the survey has been developed and approved by you.

For your convenience, Payment methods utilise the Paypal email system and will include invoices.
