Flexibility in Design

While we offer ready designed surveys, you may still pick and choose all questions you would like included in the survey according to your organizational requirements. In addition, each section provides you with the option of adding 2 additional questions as required.

Common Platform Reporting

For ease of use, we avoid generating reports in proprietary formats and instead generate reports for your data in MS Excel format, ready sorted and arranged, for exporting into presentation packs or even to conduct further analysis.

Consultant Interface

While the surveys may be selected by you, our consultants personally review the survey requests to ensure consistency and correct typos or errors. You will not be interfacing with a machine, but rather, a consultant on the other end who will check that the survey you are about to deploy is ready. Where required, our consultants are also contactable via email and will discuss unique requirements with you personally.
