Who We Are

The internet arm of our parent consultancy, seaquense, we deliver the same consultancy grade research services to clients over an online interaction. We design and host applications for the purposes of gathering feedback and answers for participants over the Internet.

Why Feedback?

It has long been acknowledged that to create a successful organization, management teams need to be aware of the sentiments of 2 critical segments of their business – their customers as well as their staff. Providing a neutral channel for clients to voice their concerns enables them to highlight the criticality of issues relevant to the service they receive while listening to the concerns of the staff in the organization stems potential problems. By providing channels of communication to both these parties, we address the sentiments from the “people” aspect of your business and enable you to connect better with them.

Why Surveys?

We conduct these communication links through surveys as they enable us to structure the flow of information feedback over a series of topics. By using numerical responses, we may rate the performance of all factors relative to each other. Besides asking for answers on the “what” and the “why”, we also ask the “how” questions so participants may provide suggestions and means of improvement.
